We are seeking an experienced Co-Founder / Founding Business Partner to collaborate closely with the Founder to establish, grow, and strategically develop the organisation.
This is a foundational opportunity to help shape the structure, direction, and long-term success of the business.
About the Opportunity
As Co-Founder / Founding Business Partner, you will:

Lead business development and attract participants

Build strong referral pathways with support coordinators and stakeholders

Provide strategic guidance in establishing and structuring the business

Support governance, operational systems, and growth planning

Contribute to sustainable revenue and long-term expansion

Represent organisation professionally
You will play a key role in both generating participants and guiding the business through its establishment phase.
Remuneration & Profit Share
The organisation is in its early establishment stage and there is currently no fixed salary.
As revenue grows and the business becomes profitable, a structured profit-sharing arrangement will be implemented. Profit share will be based on an agreed percentage of net profit and aligned with the Business Partner’s contribution to business growth and development.
This opportunity is suited to a professional who understands start-up environments and is motivated to build long-term value.
About You

Strong experience in Sales & Marketing, Operation, Consulting, Business, Leadership

Demonstrated business development and networking capability

Experience in establishing or scaling service-based organisations

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

Comfortable working collaboratively with a Founder

Take ownership and willingness to engage in internal and external stakeholders outreach
