Rights and Obligations

Rights
1. Entitled to participate in activities and events organised by the AVBA.
2. Entitled to discuss, vote and inquire all the activities of the AVBA.
3. Entitled to self-nominate or be nominated to the Executive Committee of the AVBA or take other positions of the AVBA.
4. Spread the experience on networking, business; receive information, document; participate in training courses, presentations and other exchange programs with enterprises under the AVBA.
5. Supported and introduced with domestic and overseas facilities and other partnerships to find business and cooperation opportunities.
6. Protected with the legal rights and interests in trading activities between Australia and Vietnam.
7. Entitled to leave the AVBA if finding impossible or not wanting to participate.
8. Associated members and honour members are entitled to the same rights as official members, except for nomination, election and voting rights.

Obligations
1. Strictly comply with policies and law of Australia, Vietnam and other countries where the enterprise operates or does business.
2. Comply with the Charter of the AVBA, implement the resolution of the AVBA, participate in activities of the AVBA, and cooperate with other members to build a strong AVBA.
3. Spread and promote the AVBA, purpose, charter, image and reputation of the AVBA; protect the honour and interests of the AVBA; exchange necessary information and data to serve the operation of the AVBA.
4. Fully pay AVBA’s fee.
